School Principal

With over 18 years of experience in both teaching and various leadership positions, Mrs. Sana Tabet is committed to nurturing the academic and personal growth of every student. She has been responsible for the curriculum enrichment, enhancing learning development of students and as well as Continued Professional Development (CPD) of teachers.

Mrs. Tabet holds a Masters of Education in Educational Leadership and has contributed significantly to school improvements by combining deep pedagogical knowledge with a passion for innovation in teaching and learning.

Having been an integral part of the school's dynamic journey, Mrs. Tabet leads with a clear vision that empowers students to achieve excellence today while preparing them to become the autonomous leaders of tomorrow. We, in Madar, are proud to be led by Mrs. Tabet and be a vigorous part of her career's journey.

With a solid conviction in professional collaboration, Mrs. Tabet has consistently built strong connections with parents, staff, and the wider community, creating a supportive environment where students can flourish and reach their highest potential.

Dr. Khayal Al Allaq

Dr. Khayal Al Allaq

Academic Vice Principal

Dr. Khayal Al Allaq has a professional record of over 20 years in education and has extensive experience in the senior leadership field. She holds a PhD in Educational Leadership, Management and Policy, a Master’s Degree in Curriculum and Instruction, another Master’s Degree in TESOL, and a Tribal Certificate in School Inspector Competency. She has successfully spearheaded whole-school improvement, curriculum innovation, strategic planning, quality assurance, inspection readiness, and professional development. Inspired by the vocation of education, she remains committed to fostering dynamic environments where students and educators thrive. 

MS. Sandra Tichagwa

VP - Educational Technology

With over 14 years of educational leadership across the UK and UAE, Sandra Tichagwa specializes in digital transformation, EdTech, AI strategy, and whole-school data systems. Having led multi-campus innovations and school improvement initiatives within ADEK, KHDA, and IB frameworks, she is dedicated to creating purpose-driven, future-ready learning environments that elevate teaching and learning outcomes.

Elementary Department Head

Mrs. Farah Elmoghrabi is an experienced educational leader with over 15 years of expertise in teaching and school leadership. Holding a Master’s Degree in TESOL, she is passionate about creating inclusive and engaging learning environments where every student can thrive. As Head of Elementary, she is guided by a vision of empowering students to become confident, lifelong learners while fostering academic excellence, creativity, and character development. Through her collaborative leadership and commitment to making a positive impact, Mrs. Farah continues to inspire growth and success across the school communit 

Ms. Hafssa Argoub

Head Of Kindergarten

Mrs. Hafssa Argoub is a passionate ‘Early Years’ leader with over six years of experience in education across Algeria and the UAE. Holding a Master’s Degree in English Language and Culture along with a Higher Education Diploma in Education, she is dedicated to creating engaging learning environments that nurture confidence, creativity, and strong values in young learners.

 Since joining Madar in 2022, Mrs. Hafssa has been committed to early childhood education, inspiring children to explore, grow, and develop a lifelong love for learning. As the Head of Kindergarten, she is devoted to innovative teaching practices that ignite curiosity and empower young minds to thrive
